Each integration uses your own account and takes a few minutes to connect.

Inkbox for iMessage, SMS, email and calls

Web · Channels

Reach your bot by text message, email or phone call through your own Inkbox account. Only the phone numbers and email addresses you approve can contact it.

Requirements

An Inkbox account and an API key from Inkbox Console → API Keys. Machine does not provide phone numbers.

  1. 1

On the web, open the bot’s Settings → Channels, locate the Inkbox card and select Connect Inkbox.

  2. 2

Without a number of its own, Manage shows No phone number needed: iMessage, calls and email work through Inkbox’s shared iMessage line, and the QR code opens the connect @handle text ready to send. If you add a number to the agent in the Inkbox Console, Manage shows it with a QR code to text it.

  4. 4
