What am I paying for?
A Machine: your own private, isolated compute instance. The subscription covers the CPU, RAM, storage, the runtime, the autowork scheduler, memory and unlimited agents. LLM tokens are not included.
How do LLM costs work?
You have two options. Bring your own API keys and pay your provider directly, with zero markup from us. Or skip the setup and use Machine Credits: managed inference, billed through us at fair, transparent rates.
What are Machine Credits and top-ups?
Credits are how you pay for managed inference. Every plan comes with a monthly credit allowance. When it runs low, top up anytime with packs from $10 to $100. Top-up credits never expire, and bigger packs include bonus credits.
Can I run a fully local model?
Yes. Point Machine at Ollama, vLLM or any OpenAI-compatible URL, and your tokens never leave your network.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades apply right away and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
