Pixio troubleshooting

Fixes for a missing Pixio row, rejected keys, running out of credits, too many jobs, and results you can't find.

What you seeWhat to do
No Pixio row in Connected appsIt's at the top of the Marketplace tab. If you searched, clear the search, or search pixio. On the Connected tab it shows only once connected.
Pixio connected to the wrong botPixio connects to the bot picked in Project. Pick the right bot and connect there.
A red message after ConnectPixio didn't accept the key. Copy it again in full (it starts with pxio_live_), or create a new key.
A warning sign next to Pixio, and under Manage: "Pixio refused the saved key. It was revoked or replaced — paste a new one."Click Manage, paste a new key and click Save key.
"Pixio didn't answer just now, so plan and credits aren't shown."Pixio was slow. The connection still works; reopen the panel later.
"Machine did not answer in time"Check your connection and try again.
The bot says you're out of creditsIt tells you what the run needs and what you have. Top up in Pixio, or ask for a cheaper model.
The bot waits on "Too many jobs running"Your Pixio plan limits jobs running at once. It waits for one to finish and tries again.
The bot keeps asking before generatingIt asks for runs over 100 credits; paid video, 3D, lip-sync or avatar runs; batches of more than 4 generations (any Video Agent job); runs it can't price exactly; and anything that would leave less than 10% of your credits. Give it a budget to skip the question within that budget.
A result's link no longer worksPixio links expire after about a week. Use the copy the bot saved on its computer, or find it in your Pixio library.
Your file won't uploadFiles must be 50 MB or smaller. Share a public link to bigger files instead.
The bot says it can't use PixioCheck Pixio is connected for this bot in Connected apps.

More detail is in the Pixio reference.
